Copilot Academy Terms of Service

Effective date: October 23, 2025

1. Overview

These Copilot Academy Terms of Service (“Academy Terms”) supplement and incorporate by reference the Copilot CRM Terms of Service, Master Subscription Agreement, and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”). Together, they govern your access to and use of Copilot Academy, including all related domains, on-demand learning modules, certification content, and live sessions.

Your continued use of Copilot Academy constitutes acceptance of these terms and attests that you are at least eighteen (18) years old. In the event of a conflict between these Academy Terms and the Copilot Terms of Service, these Academy Terms will control with respect to your participation in Copilot Academy.

Copilot Academy exists to help business owners and teams master Copilot CRM through how-to courses, onboarding tutorials, and best-practice training developed by the Copilot team.

2. Access

Access to Copilot Academy content is provided upon creating a free Copilot Academy account. Some courses may recommend (but do not require) an active Copilot CRM workspace to complete exercises or apply learnings.

In addition to Academy modules, related materials and help content may be found in the Copilot Help Center, Community, and Resource Hub.

3. Participant Responsibilities

By participating in Copilot Academy, you agree to:

Use and display any Copilot Academy Credential(s) only to represent completion of the relevant course or certification requirements.
Follow all course, assessment, and exam procedures honestly and independently.
Not engage in cheating, plagiarism, impersonation, or any activity that undermines the integrity of any course or certification.
Not copy, share, or distribute Copilot Academy content, assessments, or exam materials.
Keep up to date with any updates or policy changes published by Copilot Academy.
Comply with all applicable laws in connection with your participation and use of any Credential(s).
Cease using any Credential(s) upon request if Copilot determines a violation of these terms has occurred.
Avoid misrepresenting your credential status or your relationship with Copilot.
Not claim endorsement, partnership, or employment with Copilot unless expressly authorized.
Refrain from any conduct that harms the reputation of Copilot, Copilot Academy, or its Marks.

4. Restrictions on Use

To maintain fairness for all learners:

Recording, publishing, or distributing exam or quiz questions or answers is strictly prohibited.
You may write publicly about your learning experience as long as your statements are truthful, link back to the relevant Copilot Academy course, and do not disparage Copilot or its brands.
You may not:
- Sell, modify, or exploit Copilot Academy content or Credential(s);
- Claim ownership or register any Copilot Marks or confusingly similar branding;
- Use Copilot Marks without prior written consent, except as explicitly allowed by these Terms.

5. Badges & Certificates

Badges may be awarded upon course completion. Certificates may be issued following successful completion of a certification exam.

A badge or certificate:

Does not imply employment, endorsement, or partnership with Copilot;
Must not be altered or misrepresented;
May change form or criteria at Copilot’s discretion.

You must always use the most current version of any badge or certificate provided.

6. Ownership

All Copilot Academy content, Credentials, and course materials are the exclusive property of Copilot CRM, Inc. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or any right to reuse Copilot’s intellectual property except as expressly permitted herein.

If you co-create content with Copilot (for example, via guest instruction or feedback sessions), such participation does not confer ownership rights. All resulting materials remain the property of Copilot CRM.

7. Feedback

If you provide Copilot with feedback or suggestions regarding Copilot Academy or Copilot CRM products (“Feedback”), such Feedback becomes the exclusive property of Copilot. You assign all rights to Copilot and acknowledge no compensation or attribution is required.

8. Privacy

Copilot Academy may collect personal information as part of your learning experience. Data collection and processing will follow the Copilot Privacy Policy.

If you participate in a private or team-based course, Copilot may share your enrollment and progress information with your workspace administrators, including course completion data. Aggregate usage and completion data may also be used to improve Copilot Academy content.

9. Suspension and Termination

Copilot may suspend or terminate your access to Copilot Academy at any time, including for:

Violations of these Terms or applicable laws;
Misuse of content or credentials; or
Discontinuation of the Copilot Academy service.

Upon termination, all access to Copilot Academy content and Credentials will end. Sections of this Agreement intended to survive termination (such as Ownership, Feedback, and Disclaimers) will remain in effect.

10. Disclaimer

COPILOT ACADEMY IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” COPILOT MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Copilot does not guarantee:

That you will receive any specific Credential or certification;
That completion of Academy courses will result in employment or business outcomes; or
That Academy content will always be available or error-free.

All grading and certification decisions are made at Copilot’s sole discretion and are final.

11. Modifications

Copilot may change course access, certification requirements, fees, or available materials at any time without notice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, no Copilot Academy content may be sold, licensed, or used for profit.

12. Independent Contractors

Participation in Copilot Academy does not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and Copilot CRM. Earning a Credential does not imply any endorsement or special status from Copilot CRM.
